Your use of any of the services offered by   ProxySocks5  is contingent upon your adherence to the following Terms of Service (the “Agreement”). ProxySocks5 reserves the right to update or modify this Agreement at any time without prior notice. By accessing or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by it. Failure to comply with the Agreement may result in suspension or termination of your access to the Service.

1. Description of Service and Membership Guidelines

ProxySocks5  provides users with access to proxy and networking services that enable private retrieval of information from third-party websites. Access to the Service is provided on a subscription basis.

You must be at least 18 years old (or have explicit permission from a parent or legal guardian) and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration and to maintain such information accordingly.

2. Member Account, Password, and Security

To use the Service, you must complete the registration process and successfully authorize payment through one of our supported payment providers. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to immediately notify ProxySocks5 of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

3. Member Privacy

ProxySocks5 respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. We do not monitor, edit, or disclose personal data or usage activity without your consent, except where required by law or when necessary to:

• Comply with legal obligations or valid legal processes;
• Protect and defend the rights or property of ProxySocks5;
• Enforce this Agreement;
• Protect the safety and interests of other users.

We may also access account data when necessary to resolve technical or service-related issues.

4. Member Conduct

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with this Agreement. You must not use the Service for any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations.

By accessing or transmitting any content (including text, software, images, or other materials), you represent that:

• You own the content or have the necessary rights to use it;
• Your use does not infringe on any third-party rights.

By submitting content through the Service, you grant ProxySocks5 a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute such content as necessary to operate the Service.

5. Personal and Non-Commercial Use Limitation

You may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, or sell any content, software, or services obtained from ProxySocks5 without prior written consent.

You agree to comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws. You are solely responsible for all actions performed under your account, including transmitted content.

You must not use the Service in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the platform or interfere with other users. Unauthorized access attempts (including hacking or password mining) are strictly prohibited.

By way of example, you agree not to:

• Use the Service for spam, unsolicited messaging, or mass distribution activities;
• Engage in harassment, abuse, or violation of others’ legal rights;
• Distribute unlawful, harmful, defamatory, or inappropriate content.
