• A refund issued as account balance credit
• A refund to your original payment method

After the 24-hour testing period, refunds are available only in the following circumstances:

• Non-delivery: If we fail to deliver the purchased service, you are entitled to a full refund.
• Service malfunction: If the service does not function as advertised or does not provide the features described at the time of purchase, you are entitled to a full refund.

Refund requests submitted after the 24-hour testing period will not be accepted for reasons unrelated to non-delivery or a verified service malfunction.
