How to Upgrade or Downgrade an Order

Welcome to our guide on adjusting your order according to your changing needs. This tutorial is ideal for situations where you:

• Have purchased multiple IPs and, before your order expires, decide you need fewer.
• Wish to add more IPs to your existing order.

Should your goal be to maintain the same number of IPs but replace one or more of them, please note that this is possible in the last 7 days before your order expiration.

Key Points on Upgrading or Downgrading Orders

Before you proceed, understand that:

• Upgrading or downgrading will clear your current shopping cart.
• The IPs from your order will be added to your shopping cart.
• Removing all IPs from the shopping cart or clearing it will cancel the upgrade/downgrade process, reverting to a normal shopping cart.
• Upon payment completion, your old order will expire and any remaining time on it will be forfeited. It's advisable to make changes close to the order's expiration date.
• If you have an active subscription, you must cancel it first.
• Once payment is complete, the old order cannot be renewed since the IPs will have been moved to your new order.

How to Upgrade/Downgrade

1. Navigate to the billing section of your account.

2. Find the order you wish to change, click on the "3 dots" menu, and select "Upgrade/Downgrade".

For this tutorial, let's modify an order containing 2 proxies:

3. A modal will appear explaining the details. Read carefully and confirm if you wish to proceed.

The IPs from the order you're modifying will be added to your cart. In this example, since I had 2 IPs, my cart now looks like this:

The Order Transaction Id will be visible in your shopping cart's table header while in the Upgrade/Downgrade process.

You can now add or remove proxies as needed. For illustration, I'll remove the proxy I no longer want and proceed to Checkout, creating a new order with only the desired proxy, and the old order will expire.

At checkout, your transaction will be labeled as an Upgrade/Downgrade, accompanied by the transaction ID of the order you're modifying.

After payment, the old order will expire, and your new order will include only the IP(s) you chose to retain.

As depicted, I now have a total of 2 orders: one expired (the original order with 2 IPs) and one active, containing the IP I decided to keep.
